WIlliam D. Day

William Day is a trial attorney with over eight years of experience in criminal defense, major traffic cases, civil litigation and Wills and Trusts.   He approaches all cases as if they were going to trial--gathering essential facts and reviewing pleadings with an eye toward the courtroom.

 

Civil Litigation experience includes: complex commercial litigation, breach of contract, breach of lease, trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, copyright infringement, unfair competition, misappropriation of trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, false advertising, cyber piracy, defamation, slander, adverse possession and fraud.

 

Criminal and Traffic experience includes: driving while impaired (DWI), driving under the influence (DUI), driving while suspended, driving without a license and speeding tickets.

 

As a graduate of the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. Attorney Day developed a drive to succeed that he has carried over into his practice of Law. After serving five years in the Navy he attended law school at The CUA Columbus School of Law in Washington, DC where he focused his studies on trial practice and the development of his skills in the courtroom.

 

He is admitted to practice before all Federal and State courts in Maryland and Washington, DC.  He is also a member of the Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys' Association.
